What is Friday Dance Dose?
Friday Dance Dose is a freeform dance embodiment practice, sometimes called 'ecstatic dance', though all states of being are welcome (not only ecstatic). Come with your truth. Through the divining rod of our body, we are processing reality for ourselves and for the collective.
The music is an intuitively curated mix selected by our facilitators- something different each time. We gather together steeping in the medicine of the dance, feeling alive and allowing what wants to move, MOVE! We create a powerful, magical cauldron of healing that has tremendous ripple effects.
Move and dance with the music however your body is called to.. there are no steps to follow.. no right way to dance. This dance will also include an extended time of relaxation at the end, with a soothing gong relaxation by Kewal Wright.

These retreats, designed for healthcare providers, include 2 experiential ketamine sessions per participant and 2 opportunities to sit for another participant in group ketamine sessions that are done in a ceremonial context.
